For a first Harbour Island stay, this is the least logistically demanding base: restaurants, shops, the harbour side and everyday town life are close together, while Pink Sands Beach is reachable on foot or, more realistically, by golf cart. It lacks beachfront glamour, but it gives a newcomer the most flexibility and does not make every meal or errand a cart trip.
