How does forwarding confirmations work?
After booking anything — a flight, hotel, restaurant — forward the confirmation email to your personal Byline inbox. We automatically extract the details and add them to your trip itinerary, no manual entry needed.
What are influencer trips and how do I join one?
Creators and travel influencers build and share their own group journeys on Byline. You can browse upcoming trips from the people who inspire your travels, apply for a spot, and join them on the adventure. Head to Explore → Influencer Trips to see what's coming up.
When should I add phone support or a concierge?
Phone support is great if you want a safety net — someone to call when plans change. An on-trip concierge makes most sense for complex destinations, multi-city itineraries, or when language barriers might be an issue. Both can be added at any time.
