Getting in

• Princess Juliana International Airport, Sint Maarten: This is the practical gateway for Baie Nettlé. Take a licensed taxi direct: roughly 15–25 minutes when the border road is moving, but allow 45+ minutes in peak traffic or after a busy flight; expect about US$20–35 for the car before luggage/late-hour extras. Confirm the fare and currency before loading bags. A public minibus toward Marigot is cheaper but unscheduled and awkward with luggage; it is not the smart arrival transfer.
• Grand Case–L’Espérance Airport, Saint-Martin: Useful only for regional flights. A pre-arranged transfer or taxi is the sensible choice to Baie Nettlé: roughly 25–40 minutes, longer around Marigot traffic, and commonly around €30–50 depending on time and party size. There is no rail link and no dependable airport bus worth planning an arrival around.
